Frank works as an engineer in production at a pharmaceutical company. He has just been assigned to an existing project: a more efficient production process is to be created for the manufacture of aspirin (ASA).

As a first step, Frank needs information on the status of the project: What does the planning look like so far in terms of capacity, investment and manufacturing costs, availability, quality and safety?

Hundreds of items (communications and reports) on the planning have already been filed in the project. Going through all of them would take months.

But Frank has to take all the information on capacity, costs, availability, quality and safety into account. Otherwise, wrong decisions and duplicated effort threaten to delay the project.

Without the AI Concierge, Frank has two bad options: He could go through only a small selection – and would then miss important information. Or he could plan for a months-long onboarding period.

The AI Concierge briefs Frank in minutes: Frank saves a work note in the cloud. The AI understands what Frank is working on and shows him relevant internal content – in this case, collected reports on the production of aspirin (ASA).

For every item, Frank receives a summary tailored to him as a content preview.

Thanks to the preview, Frank can skim hundreds of reports in minutes and pick out the interesting ones – without missing anything important.

The AI Concierge understands what employees are working on, actively recommends content and lets them quickly go through the recommendations. Recommendations are complemented by intelligent semantic search and similarity search. The time-consuming, frustrating trial and error with search terms is no longer necessary. The Concierge also offers classic text search.

Faster, more thorough preparation for tasks

With the help of the intelligent content preview, employees get a complete overview of entire topic areas in minutes. They know what content exists and are aware of the key statements. Instead of hours, research takes only minutes.

Connecting colleagues, even when working from home

The Concierge proactively informs employees about new relevant work results from colleagues. Collaboration is encouraged, employees are better informed about news, and meetings become more efficient. When working from home, this function replaces the chats in the corridor and the coffee kitchen.
